Callisto Network has recently deployed an update of its Cold Staking protocol, which offers many advantages, including a multiplier system that favors investors in the long term.
The new Cold Staking protocol has met with success within the crypto community, and we have decided to leverage it to maximize our investor profit.
Boosting Your Profits
When investing their funds, the investors will have the possibility to lock their funds on four different periods of time according to their profit objectives.
Each period has a specific multiplier determining the profit share that the investor will receive. Thus, by increasing the investment period, an investor increases his multiplier and, therefore, his/her earnings.
Multiplier value according to the investment period:
3 months: 0.25
6 months: 0.50
9 months: 0.75
12 months: 1.00
BUSDT Staking Rules
The minimum staking amount is set to 200 USDT.
The contract allows 4 Investment periods, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months. Therefore the minimum investment period is 3 months.
When initiating staking, the investor selects the number of rounds he/she wants to invest in its tokens.
After depositing funds into the contract, the funds are locked according to the selected period.
It is not possible to add funds to a staking plan during the locking period. However, investors can set up several staking plans.
After 30 days, investors have the option to claim their rewards within 5 days. Rewards not claimed within this period will be reinvested to generate compound interest.
After the locking period has expired, the investor can withdraw its stake AND reward at any time.
Stakers only earn interest during the defined staking period.
Note: Please keep in mind that making a deposit to the staking contract and claiming the reward requires transaction fees to be paid.
So What is Changing?
On July 10, 2021, we will run a script to return the principal and the interests generated to date to the investors. They can either reinvest the funds via the new protocol or withdraw them by swapping their BUSDT into USDT.
CryptoBot, as a key component of our ecosystem, has been updated, meaning that it is fully compatible with the new staking contract and its features.
